How will I receive my item(s) after purchasing?All customers will be directed to a page with the download link and emailed with the download link. Most kits are compressed as a .zip file and some of are compressed as .rar files. You can use a free program called Winrar (Windows) or Keka (Mac) to open these items. MERCH Product will be shipped from sender via USPS, FEDEX, or UPS to customer address. (Please allow 5-10 business days for apparel purchases)

Where do I get my tracking information?Guest can request tracking information to be sent via email. Account Holders can check their order status via the member portal under the order history tab. Account holders may also request tracking information to be sent via email.

Can I use a payment plan as a method of payment?Most services are paid in two installments. Services that are eligible for deposit are to be paid in full before the performance of requested service and the transaction finalized post project close. Project close is after the project files have been emailed from Producer/Creative to client. All product purchases are to be paid in full upon purchase.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
