All customers will be directed to a page with the download link and emailed with the download link.

Most kits are compressed as a .zip file and some of are compressed as .rar files. You can use a free program called Winrar (Windows) or Keka (Mac) to open these items.

MERCH Product will be shipped from sender via USPS, FEDEX, or UPS to customer address. (Please allow 5-10 business days for apparel purchases)

Account Holders can check their order status via the member portal under the order history tab. Account holders may also request tracking information to be sent via email.

Most services are paid in two installments. Services that are eligible for deposit are to be paid in full before the performance of requested service and the transaction finalized post project close.

Project close is after the project files have been emailed from Producer/Creative to client.

All product purchases are to be paid in full upon purchase.
